RxAdvance has a responsibility to address potential compliance issues and suspected Fraud, Waste and Abuse and take appropriate action to resolve them. We rely on employees, professional staff members, and vendors to communicate issues or potential issues.
When attempts to correct problems through normal channels prove difficult or ineffective, employees professional staff members, and vendors can report issues in confidence to the RxAdvance Compliance Office.

- Substance Abuse
- Kickbacks and / or bribes
- Patient rights
- Potential or actual violation of the law
- Confidentiality Issues
- Conflict of Interest
- Medicare / Medicaid Fraud, Waste or Abuse
- Questionable Accounting, Auditing or Internal Control Matters
- Professional standards of practice
